Hughenden Show

Glen Ruth showed in both the Prime Cattle Section and the Stud Section at the 2009 Show.

In the Prime Section, 1^st placings were attained in the Milk Teeth, 2 Teeth and 6 Teeth Pairs of Bullocks, with the Milkies going on to be awarded Champion Pen of Bullocks of the Show. 5 second placings were achieved in other classes.

John Atkinson’s Cashmere Stud won the Pair of Prime Cows.

In the Stud Section, Glen Ruth 940 was awarded Champion Stud Female. 940 is a 12 month old daughter of Glenlands D Kalka out of an Ivanhoe Ekka cow.

Glen Ruth Chevy won the 24-36 mth class and was awarded  Reserve Champion Bull.

Amy Atkinson won the Stud Bull under 12 mths class with Farnham Liberia and he then went on to win Champion Stud Bull.

Liberia is a son of Billabong Pharenheit out of a Cashmere GJ daughter.
